Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you total authority over your e-mailboxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a brand new email mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect electronic mails from one electronic mail account to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email boxes against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming e-mails based on certain rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and select the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just specify the email mailbox account you wish to redirect email messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
